• Defence of a global major cryptocurrency foundation (Fantom Foundation) against claims filed by service providers in the amount exceeding USD 200 million (2023-present)

• Representation of victims of "10 trillion won scam" by IDS Holdings (2022-2023).

• Monitoring and supervision of a liability lawsuit worth billions of won related to defects in LNG containment system of LNG cargo vessels built in 2018 for and on behalf of reinsurers (2021-present).

• Advisory works and representation of Pusan New Port and its insurers in a series of maritime proceedings (limitation of liability, maritime safety tribunal proceedings, claims for damages, overseas litigation, etc.) stemming from the collision incident between the M/V Milano Bridge and cranes at the Busan New Port Container Terminal in 2020 (2020-present).

• Defence of KEPCO KDN against a claim for damages from alleged defects of a software system supplied by KEPCO KDN in the amount of KRW 45 billion (2020-present).

• Representation of developers, etc. in various disputes related to sales of hotel in Jeju Island (2019-2022).
